CRATE Walthamstow – Community-led rebrand and content strategy

CRATE is a food and culture hub in East London that needed a proper digital refresh. Footfall was low, the energy wasn’t coming through online, and the old Wix site wasn’t helping.

Brighton Creatives rebuilt the website, refreshed the brand to speak to a Walthamstow audience, and shaped a strategy rooted in local life. We created original photo and video content of the traders, the events, the soft play, and the space itself. Then we put that content to work across Instagram, TikTok, email and the new site.

The result: more visibility, more visitors, more sales. A stronger, clearer brand that feels like part of the community.
