TERMS OF SERVICE

By using our website and booking services with Brighton Creatives, you agree to the terms outlined below. We’re here to make creative work simple, not to bury you in legalese — but here’s the important stuff:
1. Services
We offer photography, video, creative direction, strategy and design support for small businesses, founders, and organisations. All services are agreed in writing before we begin, and quotes are valid for 30 days.
2. Booking & Payments
To book a service, we’ll send you a proposal or email confirmation. A 25–50% deposit is usually required to secure your shoot or project slot. The final balance is due by the date agreed in your contract or invoice.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but we’re usually happy to move dates if you give at least 7 days’ notice.
4. Content Ownership
Once your invoice is paid in full, you’ll have full usage rights for the photos, videos, and content we’ve created for you — unless otherwise agreed. We may use selected visuals for our own portfolio or promotion unless you ask us not to.
5. Website Use
Everything on this site — including text, images, and branding — is owned by Brighton Creatives unless stated otherwise. Please don’t nick our words or work without permission.
6. Liability
We’ll always do our best to deliver brilliant work on time. But we’re not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g. illness, tech failure, natural disasters, etc).
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If you’re a current client, we’ll always notify you of any changes that affect your work with us.
